Happy Hour is every day from 4-7pm. You also get a punch card and get your 10th roll free. Full price, you'd probably be spending about $8/roll and for that much, I'd probably go to a regular sushi restaurant and pay the slightly extra for some fantastic sushi. For $5/roll, it's a good deal and good food. I like the Creamy Miso sauce on my Philadelphia roll and I love the unagi roll. The staff is always very friendly and the restaurant has a nice, open, clean atmosphere.
MY ROLL. MY WAY.. Shouldn't all sushi places be like this? I know what I like, and HDYR provides the roll, fresh and fast. Eventhough, they serve it fast, this is not your typical "fast food" joint. I group this place in my list of great fresh and healthy places to eat. Thank you, HDYR!
OMG! Fast food fresh sushi rolls!.
If you haven't eaten at How Do You Roll? you are missing the boat! Literally! The rolls are made right in front of you, just how you like it!
Cucumbers, jalapenos, spinach! The veggies are never-ending! And healthy for you also! I am a big eater(my dad always made me clean my plate) and left there today quite satisfied! And if you do not care for raw fish, they have grilled beef, crab legs and chicken that go well with the roll!
Dino-mite! Come get you some and make your own roll or pick one of their favorite mixtures! At the end of the day, you will know how you roll! Yes, quite nicely, thank you!

Frozen Fish & Hair in Food. A friend recommended How Do You Roll. I'm a very open minded person and thought I'd give this place a try although I'm a true fan of Uchi, Tomo & Origami Sushi. The place is very trendy with plastic chairs and colorful walls. The young staff were very nice and bubbly. They ran out of the escolar and when I asked for some, the manager said "It's frozen & needs to be thawed." So for you Fresh-Fish sushi lovers, don't expect the best fresh fish selection here. I ordered 3 rolls with the fixings but they stuff the rolls heavily with thick rice. Another no-no for good sushi rolls. The rolls were not fresh and the sauces were disgusting. Last, while eating my seaweed salad, I found a 3 inch strand of hair in my seaweed salad. I won't be returning nor would I'd recommend this place to anyone. Two Thumbs Down for How Do You Roll.
