This is what you can expect from Rose's flower shop. Poor customer service, no on-time deliver, and the prices are above average. I called her at eight in the morning requesting a noon delivery(my house is five miles away from her business). I am told that not only would a noon deliver not be a problem, but that it would be come early. So I wait and wait for the bouquet to arrive. It doesn't. At 2:45 I call and ask where my order is. She tells me she is in Pflugerville and that my deliver was not going to happen. When I asked why I was not notified and why I had to find out by calling her she responds with, "these things happen." So if you want expensive prices, no customer service, and no deliver make sure to make Rose's Flower Shop your flourist!
