Great, Honest Service at a Reasonable Price. I've known the owner, Will, for quite a while and he is honest and ethical. I had a fender-bender repaired and the car looked like new! The mechanical and body work was excellent and the cost was extremely fair. Will personally made sure everything was right before I drove it away. I'd highly recommend his shop.

If you need auto repairs in Austin, go to Grand Central Auto. I was leaving Austin to go back home to Houston when I smelled coolant and my check engine light came on. I was a little more than worried because I did not know the area I was in very well, let alone a good place to take my truck. The AAA driver recommended Grand Central Auto and it turned out to be a great referral. The staff was courteous and honest. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and the repair turned out to be simple and economical. I was very happy their work and I recommend Grand Central Auto to anyone in the Austin area or anyone who just happens to be passing through that experiences auto problems.

Great Purchase Experience. Well its been a few weeks since purchasing my Ford Focus from Grand Central Auto. The service while buying the car was great but the kicker was receiving a phone call today from Will. He just wanted to know how everything with the car was going. He was nice enough to follow up with me so I fgured I try to spread the word about the great service from Grand Central Auto.

I wanted to thank your professional staff for a positive experience I had with services I received last month. As is the case of most contractors, our worktruck is the backbone of our operation. So when I broke down on the side of the road last month. I made a smart decission in calling Grand Central Auto (GCA). Isacc the Manager on duty did and excellent job of recognizing my delema. Time is money! Within minutes he had me calmed down by describing the repair/estimate process. He than arranging for my truck to be towed to GCA. Within an hour Issac called me with a detailed estimate, he gave me good price options and aswered all my concerns. Isaac gave me extra reassurance by giving me his personal cell phone number. Before noon on the following day my truck was happy, my clients were happy and I was back in business, making me happy.

Excellent Service. When it comes to honest, reliable and friendly service Grand Central Auto wins hands down. Great Experience. Owner Will Penny made up for a not-so-accessible location by actually trading cars with me at my office when I was in quite a pinch. He made a great effort to make sure that I could get my car fixed asap. Although I am a terribly un-savvy car gal, he explained the problems in terms that could make sense. His employees are just as polite and accommodating. The work Grand Central Auto has done on my car has been fantastic - it is the only place I will use in Austin.

Trustworthy auto shop. I brought my car to Grand Central because a friend recommended it to me. They opened early to accommodate my work schedule and offered a loaner vehicle in case I needed one. The service was prompt and efficient; my car was back and running (with the issue fixed) the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the service!! I recommended the shop to my roommate, she is happy as well. I plan to return for any future maintenance.

Inspiring new place. I had been using another shop in the immediate area that had all kinds of great reviews. I dropped into Grand Central Auto to get a quote after I felt that the other shop had ripped me off. I am sure the other shop broke a part on my car and they passed it off as "regular wear and tear" and wanted to charge me extra to fix it! I know things can go wrong at any time with our cars, but I started to feel uncertain after my last few interactions with them. In comes Grand Central Auto. They were pleasant to deal with, very straightfoward and exceeded my expectations on price and time it took to do the work. I am very glad I chose to give this new shop a try. they deserve it. I am sure they will continue to grow as they treat other customer the same way they treated me. This is the little shop that could!

great referral. A friend of mine told me about this place. She went in for an oil change and they gave her upgraded oil since her car was so new. They also notied the tire light was on, so they filled up all the tires.

I recently went to grand central with my own car, based on her experience, and was very pleased. The dealer had quoted me around $1600 for timing belt and brakes and wouldnt committ to a turn around time. The guys at Grand Central did it right on time, as promised, for much less. They even called me during the day to let me know everything was on track and to arrange pick up time (they had to stay a few minutes late for me to arrive).

I appreciate and value good communication as much as saving money, which is why I recommend this shop.
