Exceptional Service. I'm always on edge when going to see a doctor; it's always hard to find one whom you can trust not just to care for you but your family as well.

Dr. Freeland is very knowledgeable, detailed and has such a pleasant bedside manner. My children feel comfortable seeing him and he explains things to me/them where we can understand him. He doesn’t have a huge ego like most providers I have been to either. When he is uncertain or wants a definitive answer, he sends you to a specialist or out for testing. You do not know how grateful I am to have a doctor who actually believes in doing what is necessary for his patients to feel better. If not for Dr. Freeland and is

Most every time I have been to his office, I have heard other patients saying how great Dr. Freeland is and how much they enjoy coming to see him. It’s a comfort to know that my doctor truly values me and my family as patients. I would recommend his practice to anyone that is seeking a family doc.

Bee Caves Family Practice Dr. Dan Freeland. While the location may be good for Lakeway or Bee Cave residents, you can keep heading down 2244 to West Lake Family Practice as a better option. I had a scheduled appt. that I had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes. The Dr. apologized for the inconvenience and then proceeded to explain to me in depth about bacteria as it pertained to my system. He then took me into his office to show me a diagram on his computer. He had said the least he could do was spend extra time with me for making me wait so long to see him. I did not ask in anyway for him to spend extra time with me or to be shown the specifics on bacteria. I was simply in his office to get a confirmation on a urinary tract infection and a prescription for antibiotics. About 2 weeks later I was billed for an extended visit. I called the office expecting them to say that it was clearly an oversight and for an apology about the matter; however, the office manager said she had to speak to the Dr. about the billing for this. She called me back to tell me that he had to bill for his time. Are you serious? I was floored. After going around and around with her she said that they would take care of it. I didn't hear back from them and exactly a year later I receive the same bill. Clearly Dr. Freeland and staff are trying to make more money off patients by doing this. Unethical is the first word that comes to mind. Would you trust Dr. Freeland with your health?
