CAUTION IF GETTING AN ELECTRIC BIKE. This company has ok electric bikes, but their customer service is terrible. First, I put a $100 deposit for a bike, which a week later they remembered they had already sold. I bought a bike, which I had to take back 2 times to try to get it adjusted. It never worked to my satisfaction, so they refunded my money, & I bought another. That one's battery had to be replaced in less than a week. It is working so far, but they did not have it repaired when they said they would, & did not call to notify me about any delay.
