-- but I'm here to talk about Hat Creek's homemade cherry limemade. Holy...it's January, but one sip of this stuff makes me long for a hot July. This cold, tangy stuff is a perfect antidote to Texas summers.

And you, too, Hillberts. There's a yummy greasy cheesy cheeseburger in the hood. Stumbled upon Hat Creek because Dickey's had a long line and thought I'd settle for a drive-thru cheeseburger. Jumpin' Jimminy Cricket that is a good burger. Reminds me of a burger stand burger from back in the day. (And my day would be the late 70's) Great. Now I have three of Austin's Best Burgers way too close nearby. Serendipity!
