Don't Go!!!!!. Whatever small thing that your car needs, they won't let you leave until they have up-sold you anything they can. As a worthless franchise that sends much of it's profits to another state, or country, these so called "mechanics" are more talented at being salesman than they are turning wrenches. Their "mechanics" go door to door, they have a huge advertising scheme, that is what it takes when you suck at what you do, or overcharge for everything. The only referal work they could possibly be getting is from people that know nothing of cars, or avg. costs for things such as replacing a serpentine belt. Can we all work together to put franchises like these out of business? Support your local mechanics! Your local shops will keep the money here, and will treat you better because they don't have thousands of locations pooling their money for unlimited advertising that tricks people into thinking they care.
