business with Howdy Honda. Effrim was wonderful! He greeted me with a big smile on an early Monday morning, a great way to start the week. He was also great about keeping me posted on the status of my car and did a good job of letting me know what work needed to by done and why. I really should have listened to him about the battery though, I got stuck with a dead car for not doing so! Let him know that from now on I will be looking for him when I bring my car in and will listen when he tells me something needs to be replaced.

Yesterday, I took my car in for routine maintenance. While there, I showed
a mechanic my front bumper and asked if you guys did body-work. You don't,
but when I picked up my car, the underside of my bumper was "reattached" and
wired so that I wouldn't get caught on curbs when backing out.
I'm sure you get plenty of "complaint" email. I just wanted to let you know
how much I appreciate the extra effort put forth by your staff.
