Fast, Knowledgeable, Friendly Mac Service. I had to get a new screen for my MacBook Air. Apple Customer Service gave me Compuzone's name as an authorized Apple service store - said they get the same training as Apple Stores. The guys here were very knowledgeable and very fast/customer-oriented. They seem to truly appreciate that you need your computer back ASAP! The longest wait was for the part (a day) - and they completed the job the same morning that they got the part. We will use them again. Great service, and they are conveniently located on 5th Street just west of Lamar. (not the Shoal Creek address but the same phone #).

Locally-owned Apple sales & service. CompuZone is what 5-star service is all about.

After being frustrated with the Apple Store--having to make an appointment, sticking to THEIR schedule, etc.-- this place is what I had hoped the Apple Store would be. CompuZone has their own geniuses, they can fix stuff in and out of warrantee, and you don't need an appointment! Another plus, they're a LOCALLY OWNED business. They take the Austin "Go Local Card" offering (1) $25 OFF Any Service Charge (2) 15% OFF non Apple Accessories (3) Buy an IPad & Receive Free non Apple Accessory - max $25.

extremely knowledgeable. it seems like an average store with not many macs turned on for demo. I thought I was at a wrong place, but I am very satisfied with the kind of service performed on my old tower. So after that repair, I used to call them up with all my doubts. I am very happy with the way they responded to my queries on phone.the best thing is that I need not pay the apple's one-one annual fee to get the service. I recently went there to get a new laptop and the guy took more than 40min. explaining me about what all I can do with the new macbook.honestly the store was not busy at that time but I appreciate his patience dealing with me...lol

I recommend compuzone. really those guys are the most knowledgeable people to ever work on my mac
