Catfish Fry. Dagars was great to work with. Sam, the sales rep was very professional and courteous. The catering staff was equally as nice and very professional. We will use them again in the future.

The whole package. Dagars was a pleasure to work with beginning to end. We booked with Dagars about 9 months before our wedding. The monthly open houses were not only helpful in selecting our menu, but they were FUN. it was also comforting to meet most of their staff ahead of time, so with all the hustle and bustle at the reception, there were friendly faces.

Kathryn was great with helping us make choices, they never tried to up-sell us, and all policies were outlined in their contract- no surprises!

Most important, food tasted great! was served warm- even though the reception started later than planned!

A+ Highly recommended.

Way too much seasoning, overly-rich foods. We've had Dagar's many times (we're on contract). Good things: Customer service, low prices. Bad things: Food is overseasoned, over-buttered, sauces are way too rich. Oftentimes the sauces and/or spices are very strange, for example cinnamon rice, tart swiss-cheese alfredo sauce, wine-laden stroganoff, etc. Sometimes the salad lettuce is wilted. Not good quality food. Not worth the money in our opinion.

Simply the best!. Dagar's Catering was outstanding. It is a family owned business, that has been in operation for over 70 years. Kathryn and Albert made my event run smooth and with out stress. I have used them mutliple times and can't say enough about them. Their food is outstanding and the service incredible. I didn't have one single worry, because all my questions were answered. They knew it all. I've had experiences with other caters, and by far and away they were heads and shoulders above the rest. Pricing was more than fair for the service and quality of food I recieved. If it sounds like I am gushing, it is because I am. They have a monthly tasting at an open house and you know when you walk in that your event is important to them. As they said to me, "This is important. It is our name on the side of the truck." A true old school point of view to service and business. The BBQ was the best I have ever had. Brisket that just melted in my mouth. I have used them for my wedding and been to 4 other weddings they did. Each single one was outstanding.
