Good service, tires feel awesome. I purchased my tires from tirerack and had them shipped to NTB for installation. They actually downsaled me. I had already gotten advice to go ahead and replace my pressure sensors when you get new tires, but the guy behind the counter said no need. They put my 4 new tires on. Balance feels great. It's a Cadillac so I would know if things were not perfectly smooth.

The guy gave me my warranty info brochures from tirerack, rang me up, and I was done in about an hour.

Decent waiting room- newspaper, a TV, fresh coffee.

Reason I bought my tires from tirerack is because they seemed to have the best quality for the value of my money. Tirerack and NTB made a great new tire experience.

Could not balance my wheels! Could not even inflate tires properly.. Incompetent, indifferent and questionable condition of their equipment. Having bought two of my four tires their, I took my truck into get all four wheels balanced. Despite all new faces my second visit was no better than my first. They could not balance the wheels on my truck. They were very reluctant to recheck their work and made various transparent excuses. Every time they put a wheel on their balancer they got a completely different result. They had no interest in determining the root cause of the problem. I had them remove ALL the wheel weights and my truck had less shake than after their 4-wheel "balance" job.

Previously I had bought tires there and was charged for valve stems that were not replaced. Also during that previous visit I questioned them as to tire pressures -- 55 front 65 rear is the Ford spec for my truck as posted on a sticker in the doorjamb -- and was told that's what they put in. When I got home my tire pressure gauge told a very different story. No two tires were the same and all were grossly under-inflated. At that point I noticed the used valve stems. When I asked them about that the indifferent response was that they were out of long valve stems.
