Will Never Use Anyone Else Again

From my first phone call, through multiple changes, and about 5 days Unicorn was never anything less than professional, courteous, pleasant, understanding, helpful, etc. That was the office.

The movers that they assigned to my job were out of this world (if only you could have seen the 4500'+ house). They were always on time, they worked their tails off. I don't think they knew what a break was. The were professional, and courteous, and jumped at whatever we requested. We could not have been happier with our entire experience.

Best movers ever

We sheduled a move with Unicorn Moving 2 weeks in advance, pending the sale of our home.

The schedler was nice and couterius, saying if we needed to move the date or time just to let her know. We did not have to change our date but felt assured that they would accomdate us.

Two moves showed up with a large truck, on time. They were friendly and profeshinal. They got straight to work. We had hired them for two hours and they used every minte. All boxes were put in the exact locations they were labled.

In additioanl to the normal boxes and funiture, they moved out elipticla, waher, and dryer up the stairs without a single chip or wall scratch. They did a wonderful Job.

We will definatly call Unicorn moving when we need to move again.

Moved from Tara Vista to Leander

From the time I made the call to get quotes until the time of the move, our experience with Unicorn was fantastic. Huey & Shaun who moved up were GREAT!. They got there, discussed the plan and within 2 hours we were at our new destination. This was with a 3 br 2 bath 1875 sq foot house. Nothing was damaged, they put everything as I directed and all with a smile. Huey and Shaun were the best movers we've ever worked with. We referred a friend who had just lost her husband and she was thrilled as well. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thanks Huey & Shaun and all the staff.

I wished I had a good move

First, the movers were 2 1/2 hours late. Then, of course, they were in a hurry so my move didn't go so well. Nice guys but I had lots of damages, both to the household goods and to the house. Boxes were marked but came off the truck mixed up so they were placed in the room denoted by the top box. Never heard back from Unicorn on my claim. I've moved 8 times and this isn't the worst but it's a close second to being the worst.
