Service the way it should be!. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with class and courtesy. Service is the name of their game and it doesn't end in the store. The website is loaded with great features and values. The time and value put into the my account section, especially if you are a corporate customer, is unbelievable. I am a customer for life!

Invisible consumer. I've been into this on at least three different occasions and walked out empty-handed every time. There was never anyone at the counter attending customers. There were various people talking on the phone, walking around, doing some work-related tasks, so I know there was plenty off staff on hand. They just seemed to overlook the fact that I was standing there, cash in hand, for a full fifteen minutes, waiting to be seen. So I always leave very disappointed. Why doesn't this company ever want my business?
