Six months ago I made a choice that I wish I had made 10 years ago! I'm 5'-9" and almost 40...never had much of a weight issue...just the stuff you can't get rid of after having 2 babies. I exercise regularly and eat well...could always do better in the eating department!

I had 3 areas done last December: upper abs, lower abs & waist. Recovery was a little slower for me...I was pretty swolen, sore & bruised (all normal)...however the results I've seen put recovery in the past! Dr. Pittman changed the shape of my body! No more muffin-top on my hips! That and my lower abs were my problem areas. I now wear a real 2 piece bikini and am not trying to hide!

After 3 months, I began the Venus Freeze treatments for skin tightening and smoothing out some lumps that were left behind from the initial procedure (which are normal). My skin is smoother and getting tighter...I believe it's helping with stretch marks too! I'm also having Venus done on my face/neck...Prevention for what lies ahead! Kai is very thorough and focuses on your trouble areas as well as very fun to talk to!

Approaching 70 I found myself finally wanting to do something for myself. I debated a tummy tuck vs. body contouring. After researching both procedures thoroughly I decided I didn't desire to go through months of healing from a tummy tuck because it was so invasive & expensive. I went to one of Sono Bello introductional meetings, met with their professionals and decided their technique was best for me. I had 5 areas done (more than I would have gotten with just a tummy tuck for the price. I am now in week 7 and delighted with the results and look forward to the weekly changes my body is going through...and yes they are weekly. I can't believe what a difference it has made not only with my body but with my attitude and self-confidence. I wore a dress recently to a graduation party and the dress did not make me look so matronly as dresses usually do. I felt much younger and got compliments on the way I was looking. One of my areas I had done was my back bra area and I didn't mind when people hug me because those rolls are gone.

The whole staff at Sono Bello, Bailey, Lindsey, Jamie, Jenna & others and yes, Dr. Lauren Crawford are so informative, reassuring, kind and professional. I made the right decision.

1 Week Post Ab ..... I'm 47 years old and always have been a lean athletic build, but no matter what I did I always had the pooch under my belly button and on the sides of my hips. Having extremely narrow hips the pooch made a natural muffin top. Finally after years of cardio and training I decided to see what Sono Bello had to offer.

Well, I'm absolutely over the moon with results! Just 3 days after my surgery with Dr. Pittman, who I just love, I put a bathing suit on and for the first time in my life...I have a flat stomach, I cried! How can something so small weigh so heavily with how I felt about my body, but it did. It's almost a week and I have really healed well, I barely have any bruising and I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in years...dresses and skirts that I feel confident and beautiful in again.

Everyone at Sono Bello was so fantastic and nice! I felt safe and completely trusting of the entire crew.

They told me that it's actually going to look even better in the next 6 months of healing??!!! I can't wait!!

Confident and Happy... dont get me wrong i was confident before visiting Sono Bello however after my procedure just 4 short months ago I AM AMAZED at the difference. The staff and doctors were amazing and honest. I recommend Sono Bello Austin to everyone!!!! If your thinking you may be interested just visit them. They have changed my life immensely...my coworker could not believe the change in my already confident self. NOW FORGET ABOUT IT!!! Clean enviroment and extremely helpful. It isnt about the money but about the individual. LOVE THEM AND THANK YOU. Cant wait until my 6 month follow up to see yet more improvement.

Dr. Pittman did a half job. on my chest and abs. She had to go back a second time and actually cut out Horizontal dense tissue lines out of my right side of my chest. Left side of my ab still has more fat while one left side of my chest is boob like. I went to Dr Cameron in Westlake for a second opinion and it will cost over 6000.00 to correct what Dr Pittman has done. Thanks Dr Pittman. I trusted you

I love, love, love Sono Bello. Tired of being unhappy and ready to make a change, after I did a good deal of research on smart lipo, I had my first procedure about 6 weeks ago. 4 weeks later I had my second one. I cant't describe in words how good I feel about myself. I gained confidence and for the first time in my life I feel sexy. It truly was the best thing I ever did for myself.

The staff at Sono Bello are friendly and helpful. Bailey is so kind and thoughtful and always made me feel so welcomed. Jenna and Lindsey really put my nerves at ease and made me feel both comfortable and confident about the whole process. Dr Erella is amazing, an excellent physician who cares about the overall health and well being of his patients.

My procedure went better than I could have imagined and my body is something that I am now proud of. I experienced minimal bruising and trauma. I needed no pain meds 24 hrs. post op. During the fallow up period the doctor and staff were always ready available for any questions or concerns I had.

I highly recommend Dr. Erella and Sono Bello. My results are beautiful and I could not be happier. What a great experience!!!

All of the staff at Sono Bella are knowledgeable, accommodating, SUPER nice and encouraging. I absolutely love my results. I can hardly believe the difference! My cloths are literally bagging off my body! I'm feeling way more confidant and (dare I say) excited to reveal my new bathing-suit body. Having my problem areas targeted (and greatly minimized) has given me a new boost to train extra hard in the gym.

The procedure itself was really no big deal and the recovery time, minimal.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Sono Bella to others who are looking to sculpt certain problem areas that diet and exercise seem to miss.

Dr. Crawford's surgical hand was as effective as a Fairy Godmother! I now have my waist and curves back instead of lumpy fat areas. It's been one month since my surgery and I am more than happy with my results. I've seen the results every day since my surgery.

My weight loss left behind unwanted ugly fat that would not have gone from my body no matter if I dieted for the rest of my life. I mostly eat right and exercise 5 times a week with group exercise but my fat was still there despite all of my efforts. This surgery brought back so much happiness to my life and I am now excited to wake up to see how my body changed overnight. I plan to go back for 2 more areas that I can't change with diet.

I am 3 weeks post procedure right now. I am seeing results already, mostly in inches lost. Dr. Bekanich and all the staff have been wonderful! They handle the discussions of fat and weight and goals with graciousness and compassion. Everyone has been knowledgable and caring. They continue to follow up regularly to make sure that the recovery process is going properly. Note, that the recovery (swelling and bruising) takes awhile -- no instant results from liposuction! But I think it is well worth it to get me motivated to keep off the fat and work to burn off even more! Thank you so much Sono Bello!

Sono Bello has been absolutely wonderful! I'm about 12 days post-procedure and I'm thrilled with the results I am beginning to see! Highly recommend them! They've been helpful, friendly, and awesome!
