I've been a customer of Casa for almost 10 years. They are far and away the best service in Austin. They are honest and do not upcharge for simple repairs. excellent customer service and excellent quality work.

Casa Mechanical is the best company I've ever used for any A/C or Plumbing needs I've had. I have had them come out on several different issues that have happened in my home and have always dealt with wonderful technicians. If you want it done right the first time and you want prompt and professional plumbers or A/C technicians, then I don't suggest you look anywhere else.

Best A/C Company Around. My family recently bought a Carrier 2 speed A/C from Casa and could not be happier with our experience with this company.

The guys who came out to install our a/c, Dennis and Matt, were so professional, courteous and knowledgable. They took the time to explain how our new system worked and were very helpful.

We have already seen a drop in our energy bills! We are thrilled with Casa! Keep Up The Good Work!

CASA Quality Mechanical. I want to let people know who are looking for a new HVAC system on how great my experience was with CASA Mechanical. I am an ex homebuilder who used to use CASA on the building of new homes. So last week when my HVAC system went out, I called on who I knew would give me a fair price as well as the knowledge, equiptment and installation that I would expect. Needless to say Randy with CASA met me at the house,evaluated the problem and had two options for me on what we could do. My wife and I made our decision. The day of the installation went great, the installers were very professional, efficient and seemed to really care about the installation they were doing at my house. I recommend checking out CASA before using any other HVAC company. Thanks CASA!!!!

Great Casa Mechanical Service. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Casa Mechanical for the excellent service we received on January 9th 2012. About 2:00 am in the morning my wife woke up because our central air\heating unit was blowing cold air instead of heat. The thermostat read 66 degrees and it was about 49 degrees outside at the time. The only way we could get the blower to shut off was to throw the main breaker in the garage. Needless to say we both were in a bad mood when we got up at 6:00 am to a chilly 65 degrees.

I called Casa Mechanical first thing in the morning. Received a prompt call back to book the repair later in the day. I received a call from Chris at Casa Mechanical around 12:15 stating that the truck was in route. At 12:30 a nice clean cut young man named Jose arrived. I was very impressed with his professionalism, courteous demeanor and willingness to explain everything he was doing to the central air\heating unit. He quickly found the issue with the furnace and explained about the Ignition Control Panel function. After about 5 minutes of tests he called to check on replacement part availability. He left my home in Georgetown, actually picked up a new part in Austin himself, and then returned to complete the repair at 2:45. Everything was completely installed and tested by 3:15. Boy it will be so nice to get a good WARM night sleep. Please give my thanks to Jose for going the extra mile to insure we have heat before this cold front hits giving us some 30 degree nights.

I have used Casa Mechanical for plumbing, water heater and water softener replacement in the past 10 years. They have always impressed me and I never hesitate recommending their services to my friends and neighbors. It is nice to hear the nice feedback from others after they have used their service.

Thank you Casa Mechanical... GREAT JOB once again. Please do not ever change.

A/C replacement WOW!!!!. You always wonder about service and value, I was more than impressed. After much research, decided to go with Casa for an A/C replacement. Great pricing and even better service. They actually did what they said with no surprises and no "extras" In fact other than the fact that there is a new A/C unit outside I would never even know they had been there!!! Already saving 30% on my A/C Bill, should have done this a long time ago. Also were very knowledgeable about available rebates. I would reccomend to anyone! Great Job

Out-of-town peace of mind. I've used Casa Mechanical for my home and my 6 rentals for the past five years, for plumbing and AC. I've always been satisfied with the quality of their work, and especially like their people (field and office). Sometimes in really hot, busy times it may take a little longer for them to come out because they are so busy, but I know the job will get done, and done properly.

Recently I was out of town and needed AC work to get a rental finished up. It was SUCH a relief to know I could call Casa and not worry about it at all! They may not (or may, I never checked anyone else after the first couple of good experiences with Casa) be the least expensive, but are fairly priced---and the peace of mind is invaluable.

Not hearing good things. I am getting ready to build a home and unfortunately my builder uses casa. Not only did it take over a month to ge a quote on some upgraded AC appliances, when I called with questions hey never returned any of my voice mails. If this is the type of service I receive in the courting stage of our relationship, I cannot imagine what it would be like to be a customer.

I would go with a better provider if you can. You will need a company that is responsive and reliable

best plumbing never had one problem. A/C customer service wasnt that good. but everything else about a/c was great.. The plumbing was great a little on the price side but good work. The guys were easy to talk to and new what they were talking about when asked questions,.

Same for the a/c department just that there customer service department needs work

Not good for emergencies. I have used CASA before for general maintainance on my home's AC unit, unfortunately when the condensor recently went out on my unit they said it would over a week to get out to my house and fix it. Yeah, like I'm going to wait a week to have my AC fixed in the middle of summer in Austin, TX. I found another company who had a technician out to my house with in hours to fix the problem. Needless to say I won't be going with CASA again. They just didn't seem to understand my situation and generally offered poor customer service.
