Serious Buyer's Remorse. Contractor was hired to replace roof 2 years ago. I agreed to reuse existing drip edge flashing in contract but was not informed that flashing was in poor condition (had holes in it). In addition, existing drip edge flashing was not installed at correct angle and lip is bent, causing flashing to not function properly and divert water as designed. Contractor has failed to show for two (2) set appointments and refuses to return phone calls. So basically, for over $6 grand I got a leaky roof and now I have to pay someone else to correct their shoddy work. Thanks a freakin' lot....I would give zero if I could.
