Sears is a Ripp-Off. Oh my god Sears is a total rip-off..... Don't let them in your house...... they charged us $250 for our carpet and then $600 to clean 4 rugs that were a total of 350 square feet... Our total bill was $930 dollars for 3 hours of work...................... I called the local manager and he basically said TOO BAD FOR YOU so I contacted Sear's corporate customer service. I received a call from a man-child name Skippy or something who stated he would call the local manager "BUT" he could not override the local managers decision. What!!! a corporate office has no say over a local office, what a bunch of Bull....... I ask to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the final decision...period..... Bottom Line---- Sears ripped us off for hundreds of dollars and I hope this review prevent this from happening to YOU.................

Best Crew!. It was easy to book from the start: I just went on the website , input my zip code, selected what I wanted, someone called and confirmed a time with me. The crew came out in a Sears Van, and were in uniform, introduced themselves, walked around the house, inspected, showed me the different type of treatments they can do to get rid of pet odors and stains. All in all, the cleaning was great, the crews were great, they cleaned up after themselves, and I will continue to use them. Sears has come through for me over the year, and they didn't disappoint this time!
