American Laser Skincare - HORRIBLE. I was greeted by Brianna. She couldn't have been more rude. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Stay away from this Chop Shop. They are out to steal your money.

Briana & Karen are the BEST!. I have been a client at American Laser for years!! I keep going to the North Austin location because of two certain people, Briana and Karen! They are the BEST! Karen is very good and takes her time when doing my treatments and has a heart as big as the world! Briana is the BEST Manager that, that company can have! She is a very hard worker and is very passionate about her job, she always works with me and goes the extra mile to take care of me! Which not a lot of managers at American Laser have. I will keep going to American Laser of North Austin as long as they are there! I give both of these ladies a 5 star rating...

AMERICAN LASER SKINCARE STOLE MY MONEY!. American Laser Skincare stole almost 3,000 dollars from me!

Never got any treatments after signing my contract, and now these women are giving me the run-around about getting a refund. While I am locked in making payments on a huge loan that they harassed me into signing, they have been refusing to even return my calls.

The local office at Tech Ridge told me that they didn't handle refunds, and to call the corporate office. The corporate office told me that the local office should have handled it.

It wasn't until I threatened to take them to court and call the local news about them that they got someone to contact me about getting the refund started.

Now all I have is an IOU from them that they have told me will take them -months- to honor.

If these women have done this to you, contact the company that took out the loan and open a dispute. Try to get them into small claims court. Contact your local news media.

They are a scam. All they want is your money and once they have it, whether they've given you a service or not, they are going to do everything they can to keep it.

Face Lift Results without the knife. Last week I went to a birthday party of a friend that I had not seen in about 6-7 months. When I got there comments where "What did you do?" "What did you have done?" "How long did you have to recover?" I told them repeatedly that I did NOT have a face lift. It was American Laser and their new E-Matrix! I Told them how amazing Brianna and Angelica and Karen are there. If you want to look 15 years younger go to American Laser at Parmer and I-35 and tell them Anita sent you. It is worth every penny!!!!

This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This place is a SCAM!!! this is AMERICAN LASER CENTERS operating under a different name to avoid their negative reputation..just google "american laser centers reviews" and see for yourself...i recommend not going here they will take your money and you will not have any results. They have no customer service. Everyone wins the contest for $$ off a package its their way of luring you in the door-they have a ton of class action suits against them and many unhappy customers!

Candice & Brianna NO MORE!! yay, they are gone!!!. Jessica is the new manager. She makes all the difference in the world. I take the time to try to keep up with my appearance, and I also spend the money to stay looking decent. ALC cannot fix someone who went years and years without any beauty treatments whatsoever. It's unreasonable to expect a "magician" to come and help out by and wave a magic wand. It cannot happen that way. Everyone has to do their part to take care of themselves daily. ALC is a serene spa like atmosphere. They are there to pamper and provide esthetician services. For that, they get 2 thumbs up.

American Laser Center. I purchased the laser hair removal package, only because I was guaranteed that their equipment would work on white hair. After receiving more than 24 laser treatments on my chin, I had no results - how disappointing! The company refused to refund my money. What a waste of my time and money!

100% NO RESULTS!!! - REPORT TO FTC!!!. Don't be fooled. Just because this is a big company, does not mean they have the best lasers. I have had many treatments at American Laser Center and have seen ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!!

Keep in mind that I have VERY DARK hair. I have went to two other laser hair removal centers and have seen AMAZING RESULTS...nearly 95% of active hair follicles killed in just ONE TREATMENT!!!!

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT AMERICAN LASER CENTER!!!!

Awesome experience!. I just recently signed up with ALS for Velasmooth. The folks that work there are extremely friendly, and make sure that your experiences are positive ones. I received a great deal on my treatment, and am considering other treatments. My Vela treatments have been great, and there is a vast difference from when I started going, so I hope to be wearing my short shorts this summer; ha ha! Thanks to all the folks there that have made my experience an awesome one! :)

A Wonderful Experience. I want to share my wonderful experience with the world. I have also ways been the one at family gathering that took the pictures os that I didn't have to be in them. Well thanks to American Laser Center here in Austin that has completely changed. This past Christmas Season we were having our normal family get together and as I said earlier I was always the one to take the pictures so I didn't have to be in them because I never felt that I looked good. This year my daughter in law slipped around and took a picture of me and my grand daughter when I wasn't watching. She thought it was great and she decided to show it to me and I could not believe my eyes it was a great picture of me. I was so surprised that I told her that she could take all the pictures she wanted to and I would not fuss. Since starting the Skin Tightening and Microdermabrasion Treatments I have had so many people comment on my skin and how young I look and ask what I have done to make my skin glow and look so fresh. Needless to say I smile from ear to ear but then I share my experience at American Laser Center with them. They can see the results for themselves I don't have to do anything. I see the results and feel like a different confident person and I do truly owe it all to American Laser Center.
