Tom has a good soul!!. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! My sweet Helen was my heart and soul. I only had 1 1/2 weeks with her until I had to euthanize her after her cancer diagnosis. I had such a hard time with this!! She was an amazing rescue dog that will forever be part of my soul. It was so hard to make the decision to let this beautiful Great Dane go to the rainbow bridge.

My husband and I took her here for the private memorial service, and individual cremation. I already knew Tom, from a previous vet that I worked for. He still comforted me as a grieving pet owner. He pulled my baby girl out of the car with another PAWS staff member and brought her in for us. A frozen Great Dane is very heavy!! We stayed with her until we loaded her into the crematorium. We went to the park for awhile, and Tom called us when they were ready for us to select an urn. They have a fantastic selection of specialty urns. My wonderful hubby bought her a beautiful urn that has her picture inside the front of it, so company can't even tell it's an urn. Tom is a very respectful, kind, and comforting person. He is a great pet owner that has been there before and understands the huge loss you go through.

I will take all my babies to him when it is there time. I don't trust anyone else to care for my babies like the loving and caring staff at Paws in Heaven!!

Keep up the great work y'all! Everyone here has a very special place in my heart for what you do and how you prepare pets. It's been a 1 1/2 years since we had to say goodbye to my Helen, and I am still grateful to them whenever I look at her urn. She was my soul-mate dog, and I know she was given the best of the best!!

Thanks Tom!!! We LOVE you!!

PAWS is Awesome.. I have utilized the services of Paws in Heaven for two of my pets as well as I have coordinated their services for two of my neighbors pets. The staff at Paws in Heaven are the best. I was by far more satisfied by their dedication, professionalism, and caring demeanor in caring for my pets, than I was when my father's services were handles by Sunset Funeral Home in San Antonio. Tom and his staff should give the staff at Sunset a tutorial on how to be a true professional. I consider these people to be true friends, not just a service required when one has the need. The facility is clean, animals are treated with dignity, and your feelings and emotions are very well respected by all staff.

Tom, you and your staff are the best.

Paws in Heaven Merits 6 stars. I recently had to put my beloved Siamese down, and rather than wait for her to be picked up for cremation, I decided to bring her down myself and make sure she'd be tended with loving care. I needed that assurance.

Folks, you can be certain that your pet will be tended with all respect possible. The place is clean and attractive, they do what they say they will do, and they do it with 100% effort. Tom is absolutely commited to excellence.

I ended up not only viewing my little one but carrying her, in Tom's company, to the door of the crematory. I left sad but fully satisfied that my pet had gotten all the respect and care I'd have wanted for her.

It's worth the drive. I spent the "processing time" looking over Canyon Lake. Then I visited with Tom and staff while waiting for her urn. These people are the genuine article. They deserve your business.

I wish them all the best and thank them publicly for doing a tough job so very well. Thank you!
