Rude, thieving MIS-Management. Darnel is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I was forced to pay for a birthday cake twice. I tried to explain that the cake had been paid for when the first birthday cake was picked up. He got in my face and said "What, you want me to call another manager?!?" I see by other reviews that they are obsessed with "shrinkage". My family of six spends well over a THOUSAND dollars in the Leander HED EVERY month. We will go our of our way to find ANY other store to buy from. I'd rather go to anybody but this store.…
