This is a scam. I went yesterday to join and they couldn't figure out how to work the computers so told me to come back another day. Today I called ahead to make sure they knew how to work the computers. They said they did, but when I got there, the guy couldn't figure out how to make an ID card or get me an ID # or do anything other than charge me $85. The membership fee was supposed to be waived so it should have been $70. Guy mumbled and refused to make eye contact or explain why I was being charged more. He refused to just charge me the $70.

Drop my kid off at the child care and, though there is no reason for us to talk, the attendant snarls at me for dropping my kid off 50 minutes before they close for the afternoon (?).

I tried to use the pool but after 40 minutes of the lifeguard following me around telling me "You can't do that" with a bunch of idiotic rules not posted on the wall or disclosed during the tour, I gave up. (You can't use this equipment in that pool and you can't go in this pool because you aren't injured. Kids aren't allowed here or there and kids can't use this equipment here or there or at all. Seriously, WTF? I'm not breaking anything or in anybody's way. I used to be a lifeguard and teach swim lessons so I know I am using this equipment correctly. Get stuffed, 16 yo with delusions of grandeur.)

I asked for my $85 back and they refused. They also couldn't 'find me in the system' and none of the 4 people could figure out how to cancel my membership or operate the credit card machine after they'd charged me. I said I would be happy to pay $10 for a day pass for this 90 minute waste of my day, but obviously I am never coming back. They refused. I will have to refute the charge through my credit card.

Like I say, a scam. They get your initial fee and then are horrible so you'll never come back. I assume they paid for these other nice reviews.
