My oven shut completely down one week prior to Thanksgiving. No display and the oven door locked. Thomas was out within 4 hours, diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. Necessary parts fedex'ed and installed next day. Diagnostic fee half the price of 3 other companies called. Nevermind the other companies couldn't come out for 3 - 5 days.

Dryer fixed right. Technician knew his stuff (looks like Dan on the invoice), worked quickly and efficienctly and even did some lint cleaning for my dryer.

Well worth the service and I will call again for any of my appliances.
