I was initially pleased when I went to the Matress Firm. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Infortunately, they never showed to deliver my mattress, never called, brought the wrong equiptment when they showed up, and gave me many problems about a refund, even though I had been assured if I was not satisfied in any way I would get a refund on the delivery. I had lots of problems and aggrevation.
