New Mirabelle!. Love the new Bistrot Mirabelle! Being from a small town, I always thought French food was probably too fancy for me, but Bistrot Mirabelle is all about country French cooking, so really it's comfort food. And it's so good. Fun to have a new restaurant in the Northwest Hills!

Avoid unless you like hospital tasting "french" food. I have been in Austin for three years and this is absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The food was bland, veering towards Denny’s standard of what “French food” is, but at a premium price tag. When we didn’t even finish a quarter of our food the “manager” asked how everything was... we said mediocre. His response “awesome”.
