Annoying attendants. I go to Tower express on occassion. They have self service machines at entrance to car wash. The machines are pretty self explanatory and relatively easy to use. That said, as soon as you pull in, an annoying attendant jumps on you as soon as you pull to self service machine. Most times, it appears as if attendant is there to UPSELL other services. If that is their business model, they should just get rid of machines. Dealing with both is just a huge time sink.

On the whole, the wash itself isnt bad. The location is conveniently located on 1431. As convenient as it is, I find myself going out of my way to patronize other businesses as this place with its annoying attendants REALLY bothers me. I drive a little further to get much better service at car wash on bell blvd.
