Yeah, it's just a buffet, but I was really expecting more. The food was awful!

As far as casino buffets go, this one is worth mentioning. The Peppermill is one of the glitzier casinos in Reno, and they don't stop the glitz at the buffet door. It's more expensive than most, but the quality is quite high. There's plenty of crab and shrimp, as well as a nice slab of rare roast beef, if you like. There are Mexican and Chinese options as well, and a salad bar as well. Desserts are small, but this is a buffet. I prefer the ice cream scooping area myself. Also: it's a full sensory experience. Be prepared for an indoor thunderstorm every 15-20 minutes. Also, it's extremely popular, so be ready to wait.
