I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful job you did in building our beautiful swimming pool. When we first started thinking of building a swimming pool, we heard the horror stories about pool contractors in Austin, and where very nervous about the process. After meeting with David Akins, the designer of our pool, he made us feel very comfortable, by taking the time to listen to what we wanted, and explaining every detail. He was very attentive to all of our concerns, and answered all of our question. He also said we should research everything he or anyone else told us to make sure that what they were saying was true or not. I thought that to be refreshing , having someone tell us to check up on them. After researching equipment, soil conditions, steel schedule, and almost everything having to do with building a pool, we found that David Akins, and Austex Pools, was the company we wanted to use to build our pool. The entire process was very effortless for us because, because we also used Austex to do our patio cover, landscaping, and irrigation repair. It was so nice to not have to deal with multiple contractors, and be able to have one person to contact for everything. Austex was the only company that provided everything we wanted, and it made the construction process so simple. If you are thinking about building a swimming pool, do yourself a favor and call Austex. They true do what they say, and care about their customers.

I'm really grateful for the work they did building my pool. They did it on time and on budget. They were professional. My kids are happy. My backyard is full of life. What more could I ask for?

My family has finally decided to invest in a swimming pool for our challenging back yard. We have heard all the negative stories that the swimming pool industry seem to attract. So we were naturally nervous about finding the proper contractor. After surviving several appointments with pushy salesmen we found Austex Pools and Ron Torbak . This was the beginning of a great relationship. The design team paid close attention to our concerns and wishes and presented a spectacular 3-D design to scale with our house. Austex Pools personal have been alert to their jobs and their follow through on issues has been flawless. During construction, we had several questions which were addressed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Austex Pools to any discriminating family that wants creativity, solid construction, and a company that really cares about their customers.
