Incredibly Dishonest. Giving these people one star is being generous. I went to Capital Kia after being warned not to, but it was worse then I could have imagined. They will look you in the eye and lie about everything, the price of a car, manufacturer's rebates, trade ins, you name it, they lie about it. If you are desperate enough to shop here for a car, make sure you know what the price should be and all the other details ahead of time. They actually removed the sticker price from a car window and then lied about the price. Horrible, unethical people.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLUELESS MECHANICS. What else can I say. The folks in sales and service are absolutely rude and incompetent. I brought my vehicle in for service and was treated almost as if I was inconveniencing them by showing up. The mechanics midiagnosed my car twice - I am still waiting to get it fixed. When I went looking for someone with some authority and ended up in the sales dept. I was treated just as badly. This dealership is obviously poorly managed. BEWARE - DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT ANYTHING DONE RIGHT!
Horrible Customer Serivce. I bought a 2004 Hyundai Sonata a few months ago, from Capitol Kia from the time we walked in to get the car they were so worried about their commission rather than helping me find a great deal. Not even a week passed before I had trouble with the car, took it into the shop couldn't find what was wrong with it so had it towed to Capitol Kia so they could check it out. However, when I brought the car I was able to get a warrenty for 3,000 miles/3 month warrenty on the car. When going back into the database there was not a sight of a warrenty. Finding out there was no warrenty we talked to the owner and explained to him what was happening, he however let us know we were not supposed to get a warrenty on the car seeing it was an 04' but decided to take care of the cost of the Cam Shaft Sensor. Now a few days ago my car broke down once again and it's the same thing the Cam Shaft Sensor they Capitol Kia was "supposed" to fix before. When looking for a car I do not recommend anyone to go to Capitol Kia.
First class. Capitol Kia is first class in my book. Our salesperson, Arnold, went above and beyond for us. My wife can be difficult and Arnold was very attentive and understanding. He was quick to point out the safety features which was a plus since we just totalled out our Lexus.
What a great buying experience!. What a great buying experience! I thought it was going to be hard to find a car with my bad credit. These guys went out of there way to make it happen. I spoke to a girl on the phone who made a point to assure me that they could help. She had me scheduled to meet directly with the sales manager Jason. He was very enthusiastic to get me into one of there cars. They got me into a 2009 Sportage.
I bought it used and love it. Ok winey haters...I love my 2007 Kia Sorento I bought from Capitol Kia. I bought it used and love it. It gets up and goes in this crazy Austin traffic. I do have to say an oil change takes awhile but I'd rather have a Kia guy look at my car than some flunky at Wal-Mart or Jiffy Lube.
They made us feel at home. Just bought my second Kia today. Went to Southpoint Kia on the motor mile on Saturday since I bought a Rio from them 3 yrs ago, but the salesman didn't seem to want to sell us a car. He was rude to my partner and I when we told him we were still shopping. We went to Capitol Kia this morning to see what they had to offer us. Wow, they had a much better selection and were much more knowledgeable about the Forte. They made us feel at home. The finance guy, Jerry, seemed young but was very professional and precise with our paperwork.

I have bought and sold many things in my life and I have never had such horrible customer service, I have received better attention and respect at hair salon where I only spend $60 as oppose to thousand! I visited Capital Kia after doing an extensive research on what I could buy and what I want. I was an easy customer, knew exactly what I wanted and knew I was qualify. The vehicle I chose had an engine light on so I have requested they take the vehicle to the manufacturer to get it fix since it was still under factory warranty. They told me to return a few days later to sign papers, and to pick up the vehicle. They promised the vehicle was going to be detailed by then, will have floor mats, will have a spare tire, and the check engine light will be fixed. I went back after 3 days to sign papers and get the vehicle. It turns out they forgot to do everything they promised, they haven’t even detailed the vehicle. I was pushed to sign paper work and they gave me their word that everything will be still done as promised, that I can just bring the vehicle back next week and they will take care of it. I’m ashamed to say I trusted them, sign papers, and now I cannot even get them to return my phone calls, it has been over 2 months already, no calls back from sales guy or manager.
