Those two elements -- sheer delight and environmental responsibility -- inspire Lick Ice Creams, which just opened up in South Austin. Per the flavor fearlessness of its clientele, Lick whips up some truly unique offerings that make choosing your scoop a challenge: Sweet Cream Corn, Lemon Lavender, and Honeyed Peaches & Rosemary have all made menu appearances. I sampled a Coconut, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirl concoction that was so forbidden and delicious, I refused to share it.
