Do NOT use this woman for anything
without checking reviews first - Seema Joshi simply changes her business name when reviews are bad. Previous business names included "Browz by Seema" and "Flawless Hair Extensions." If you see her name on the license, run! I won a lawsuit against her for damages due to eye injury which she has yet to pay.
PS - her current address is now in the Grapevine Salons, 7942 Great Northern Blvd. Suite 19, Austin, TX 78757
