Remember when Emo's moved to east Riverside, and we all said "yeah...that just isn't going to work at all." Boy were we wrong. Emo's is not only enormous - you could probably fit two of its original venue inside the ground floor - but it retains the grit of its previous home, a location that probably would have gentrified it out of relevance anyway in a few years. Hats off Emo's for rolling with the times.
