Horrible company.
I had a horrible experience with Perfect Surface. They overcharged me for bathtub resurfacing and then, on top of that they refused to honor the warranty.
They initially treated me nicely on the phone in order to setup the appointment to look at the tub. But months later, after I experienced problems with their work with two cracks develeoping where they had "fixed it" and asked them about the warranty they became rude and verbally abusive. I will never do business with them again. They are nasty, sneaky, unprofessional, and just downright mean.
They have offices I Bastrop and Westgate Blvd in Austin.
