What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
It's not quite fair to call Burro Cheese Kitchen a "trailer," housed as it is in a gorgeously modified shipping container, and yet it's not a brick n' mortar, either. Appropriate for a place that peddles the humble grilled cheese in foodie fashion, using upscale ingredients like beer bread, caramelized onions and balsamic apricot fig sauce. The star of every sandwich are, of course, the small batch regional cheeses, causing more moans than one might expect from a food trailer (moans of pleasure, that is). I uttered one over the Via 206: cheddar, gruyere, and a ridiculous fig sauce soaking two perfectly sour slices of beer bread.

Seriously gourmet grilled cheese
sandwiches! Build your own from a combination of of cheese, breads, and toppings or choose from the house specials. The specials like the Waylon & Willie strike a balance between decadently rich, sweet, and spicy. The fries pear is delicious and a great dessert / palate cleaner.
