Salt and Time

Having steadily built up a reputation for artisanal meats on the farmer's market circuit, the boys behind Salt and Time were ready to try a brick and mortar. The result is gorgeous -- seriously, this may be the prettiest butchery you've ever seen -- and the selection which includes more than meat, is equally impressive. Founded by one former vegan and his ethical meat-minded sidekick, Salt and Time serves lunch and brunch in addition to raw beef and pork cuts, with creative offerings they create from their own farmer's market trips. I tried the kale and onion bread pudding for brunch recently, and it was divine.
