Pieous

When Pieous opened in Oak Hill/Dripping Springs a short while back, I was curious how the reception would be. Austin is nothing if not gorged on local pizza companies, so I wondered how this one would fare. Answer: marvelously! In just a few weeks Pieous has gained a huge following, probably due to the family-friendly environment and their creative toppings. I tried the ridiculously good Bacon Blue, topped with bacon jam, blue cheese, and arugula, all of which made several trips to my mouth -- even when my stomach was begging me to stop.
