What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
Somewhere between Gold's Gym and Curves for Women, there lay a gaping hole in the gym market. A gym that felt female-friendly, but was a little more Bravo TV than Lifetime TV, if you catch my drift. Now, that hole has been filled by Fit and Finish, a gym/beauty parlor in Brentwood. In addition to personal training sessions and free Saturday morning workouts, you can also book a facial, a "back-cial," and even eyelash extensions, so that you'll leave nicer-looking than you arrived: A significant victory for hyper-sweaters like me.
