El Ceviche Grill

So, El Ceviche serves more than ceviche. But why bother with the rest, when the raison d'être is this good? I ordered the "ceviche sampler," and clapped when it arrived at my table: there were my beauties, slick with lime juice and red onions! There's a fantastically tangy tomato-citrus marinade version too, and if you really must move onto the other parts of the menu, order the caper-laden Octopus Tacos. They're great -- chewy, but great -- and irresistible Instagram fodder.
