It was a month before my wedding and tradgedy struck. The store in Alabama where I had ordered my wedding dress fro ordered the wrong dress and told me there was no way to get the dress in time. I am new to Austin and had no idea what bridal salons where here. I found Serendipty on the internet and gave them a call. I explained my situation to Jessica and she was so nice and apologized over and over that I had lost "my" dress and it was not even her fault. I did not have time to order a new dress so I was stuck with buying off the shelf. Jessica said that they could help me and to definitely set up an appointment because they were having a huge sale. I went in the next day and met with Mariana who asked me what I was looking for and what my other dress had looked like and showed me my selections. My options were limited and the dresses that I could choose from would require drastic alterations that would mess up the dress. I found a dress that was not one I could chose from (it was a current sample) but I had tried in on months ago and had really liked it. Mariana said lets try it. I love it, but it was one of the samples that was not for sale. She and the owners worked their magic and said that I could take it and they would not have to charge an extra rush fee for them to get a new sample. They even had the seemstress verify that alterations were possible. Because it was a sample dress and had some damage they offered and very nice discount. They helped turn a horrible situation into something great. I don't have any family here to help me dresss shop again, but I felt like family because the were truly concerned about my situation. Unfortunately ,I still could not afford the dress at $4000 becuase I could not move the wedding budget around this late in the game. I highly reccommend this salon to future brides because they will take care of you as much as they can! Thank you to Jessica, her parents, and Mariana for all of their help!!

Pros: quality service, friendly, genuinely caring!

Cons: none
