piece of dookie i wouldnt go there if they paid me how about they take their crappy cars and put them down the toilet where they belong enterprise licks nuts

I had to put my car in the body shop (Berli's) nearby and arranged an Enterprise rental car from this location to pick me up a week in advance. Not only were they 45 minutes late in picking me up, but when I finally got back to their rental place, they didn't have any cars ready. I waited another 30 minutes while they cleaned a car for me. The car they presented me was disgusting and ready to fall apart, but since I was already late getting back to work, I took it. I later called about switching out cars, and all I got was attitude from the sales rep. I took the car to the Enterprise off N 183 and switched cars with a helpful, supportive staff. They informed me they would get the car to the shop immediately because no one should be driving a car like the one I was given.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Enterprise. They were very helpful in making sure that my insurance covered everything and I didn't get stuck paying for anything. The manager (Stacy I think was her name) even took care of some extra charges that somehow got added on. The staff was very friendly, and the car was super clean. I would definitely use them again.

One car was offered to me and it was filthy. Another car was brought out and it was also dirty. I used all the wipes I had to clean the steering wheel and door handles so I could stand driving home. Yuck!

I rented the car for the weekend because my other vehicle needed repairs. We had automobile trouble and called enterprise. They paid to have their car towed but left my family and I stranded because they are closed on Sundays, it was Sunday morning, and can't provide another car until Monday morning. They offered to call me a cab to get us home but we had to PAY the fare.
Pros: Cheaper rates.
Cons: AWFUL ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!
