I used to live in Round Rock and would go to the Kenny's about once a week to study since it was right by the old comic shop. They've moved it but I'm sure the service is still the same. They had the best coffee around - better than starbucks or anything actually. They had fun games like scrable you could play and they had live music. The Specials were always really good and the guy behind the counter would make us special drinks because we were there so much. Ask them to surprise you! I wish they would bring it back.
Pros: great prices, nice workers, awesome atmosphere
Cons: none!

I'm new to the neighborhood and just had my first Kenny's experience! The staff were really friendly and the tacos were great! I had a snickers mocha--wow--What a wonderfull place!
Pros: frequent customer program, music
Cons: close early

Kenny's Coffee is right down the road from where I live. A must stop in the morning for java and/or breakfast. I like that I can eat and drink outside with my dog. They also serve breakfast until noon on weekends, which is appreciated as I like to sleep in. :)
Pros: Great coffee, not starbucks, good cheap eats
Cons: none

Kenny's continues to be my first stop for pancakes, tacos, and the best latte in north Austin. The Kenny's crew always remembers me and my dog and unless I stop them they have my "Kenny's Special" ready for me. Gary and Becca make a mean cup of joe.
Pros: Close to Home

Kenny's used to be great, but service is poor now. I used to stop in almost every morning until I got the "I don't care" treatment from the employees. It's like they have no concern at all that I'm on my way to work. I've waited 10-15 mins to get my coffee here! Kenny's usually has one person making coffee and running the register. Sometimes, you'll have one making coffee and one at the register, but it's far from efficient and speedy. I've seen a line of people at the door while the one person makes coffees and takes money while other employees are standing nearby doing other things. (I'm sure those things need to be done, but when customers are lining up, you should take measures to get them taken care of quickly.) So needless to say, I was disappointed and didn't go back for a while and then I gave them another chance and it was the same thing. Kenny's used to be good...put if you care about customer service...pick Dazzle or Blue Marble Java in Pflugerville, or It's a Grind on Parmer. :-)
Pros: Coffee OK; Frequent Purchaser Program
Cons: Poor Customer Service

Since August 2007 the service and general care got much worse... We used to enjoy going there with the kids for some snacks and coffee but in the last 4 or 5 times we went we were surprised by the general lack of concern for cleanliness... I was paying for some items when I noticed that there was a fly inside a sausage wrap (inide the glass container on top of the countertop). The wrap did not close totally so you could see the sausage and the fly inside it. It was bad. I told the employee that he better throw it away. He did so, but with no comment to it as if it was no big deal. Another day I arrived there and after ordering my coffee went to the ladies restroom. There were dirty shoes on top of the sink... I skipped the sink and went to use the bathroom. one of the stalls was dirty so I checked teh next one. It was bein sued by a woman changing her clothes and she made a comment "I will get my shoes down in a second". I left the restroom without using it adn was considering talking to the staff about the restroom, but then I realized that the lady in the restroom was the staff... Another day, my husband was also there and one person was sitting on top of the countertop, with his legs crossed and shoes on. That was the lower area of teh countertop, where they usually put the food orders. Again we were about to talk to the staff when we realized that the person was the staff... These new people are not the staff that used to work there. The previous staff was nice to customers and the place was always clean and tidy. The new staff just does not seem to care at all... We still go there now and then, but we only get drinks and don't order anything to ear anymore... It is a pitty ...
Pros: drinks are good
Cons: not so clean, staff does not care

Kenny's is all over my company's campus and it's preferred over SB here. The coffee is decent and the cookies are to die for! Don't forget to grab a breakfast taco when you visit the real store (address needs to be corrected here), it's fresh and yummilicious!

I use Kenny's heavily for our coffee & donut events at work. I highly recommend them. I've been using them for over a year. Their coffee is superb and their service is fantastic.
Pros: Excellent Coffee, Inexpensive, Great Staff

i visited kenny's at 8:10 this evening. As usual I ordered a regular coffee. I was told that all they had was decaf. Finding this odd I had to know why. I was told that it was to close to 8:30. A whole pot would not be brewed becuase it probably would not be sold. I felt that this was rather poor attempt at customer service.
Pros: good coffee, comfortable seating, in neighborhood
Cons: poor customer service, parking
