We went to little hairkuts on Friday at 2 after reading the reviews here. We were in town for a wedding and my son needed a haircut. We walked in and found the waiting room full. No one greeted us or told us what to do. As first timers, we weren't sure if we were supposed to sign in or what, but after standing at the counter for 5 minutes with no assistance, we wrote our name on the looooooong list and sat down. The toys in the waiting room were good for little ones, which was good because only one stylist was cutting on the young children side, and after 30 minutes, only one child had been finished ahead of us. Still, neither of the two employees on premises made eye contact or spoke to us. We called snip-its, which was less than 5 minutes away, and we were in and out with a cut and a prize very quickly. Although snipits is a little more girly and our boy would have preferred little hairkuts car chairs, we prefer a friendly staff and short wait. Maybe it would be a good place with appointments or after they get to know you, but I do not recommend walking in.

Very affordable

Each haircutter remembers a face and you can come back in 6months and they know exactly what cut you had. Now with the expansion the wait is unheardof! My kids never want to leave because of the video games and movies!! And while my kid gets his hair done i can now get my eyebrows waxed or get hair highlighted. I definintly recommend for moms and dads,

Very kid friendly, good haircuts, good prices

I have been taking my 3 year old daughter to get her hair cut here for over a year. She loves it. They have cars and other cute things for the little kids to sit on while they get a haircut. For the older kids, they have video games to play. They also show kids movies on TVs that can be watched by kids either getting cuts or waiting for their cut. The staff is friendly and great with the kids. My daughter has always gotten a good cut for a reasonable price.

• Cons: Long wait at peek times
