Wonderful Service!. Great service! Friendly baristas! I don't understand the negative reviews for this location. So I'm compelled to write a review to give you the skinny on this very busy location. Bottom line: I think this is one of the friendliest, eager-to-please Starbucks around. And trust me, I've been to them all.

Great service, tasty vanilla lattes!. I felt I had to write a review about this location after reading seeing all the bad reviews this place got. I come here every week, sometimes 2-3 times a week and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always friendly and smiling and the drinks they make are up to my high standards. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst Starbucks in town!. Everytime I have visited this location, the service has been terrible, the baristas have been less than friendly and stand-offish, and I leave feeling frustrated everytime. Neddless to say, that will be the last time I go there.

rude workers at starbucks. I give this starbucks one star because I had to in order for this to get published! I work downtown and every single time I go in there I have a bad experience because of RUDE people working behind the bar. Needless to say, I'm done buying coffee at that location.

Cruel to the Homeless. I sometimes wonder what has happened to compassion. As I was standing in line I noticed a young homeless guy walk in. He appeared to be in heat distress. His face was bright red and he appeared disoriented. He remained next to the front door as if needing to cool down for a few minutes. A male employee immediately yelled at him to leave. I explained that the poor guy just needed to cool down for a few minutes. I was told that they'd had issues with the guy before. Regardless, the situation should have been handled more tactlfully, with the employee quietly escorting the guy out. I walked out without ordering, not wishing to give this establishment my money. I will never set foot in this Starbucks again.

Seattle-based coffee chain lures caffeine addicts with upscale roasts, caramel frappuccinos, shaken iced teas and an extra shot of trendiness.. In Short
For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.

You've got to be kidding.... Folks, I'm FROM Seattle and anyone with taste or a sense of ethics goes to the best LOCAL coffee house. The ONLY thing Starbucks offers is a clean and comfortable place to sit, and consistent service. It is not strong, it is BURNT. It is THE McDonald's of coffee.

what?. I know Starbucks is the corporate whipping boy and all and I'm beating a dead horse, but give me a break. With so many unique and nifty coffee shops in Austin and you're going to go to Starbucks? Take your lame rear back to Houston and drink Starbucks on every corner.

Starbucks is good. I grew up here in town and had the required snob personality that everything local was best. I never went into Starbucks until I began working there. While Starbucks may not have the advantage of local flavor and personality, they definitely make up for it in the quality of their beans, drip coffee, and espresso drinks. And most importantly, they treat their employees with respect and great benefits. And you don't have to worry about getting snobbed by a cooler-than-thou-attitude hipster. Find a real cause to get angry about. It's only coffee.
