Seriously? Look, any service place that closes on a Holiday just goes to show how lazy and uncaring they are about their customers. Hey guys, your pizza isn’t that good to be so pompous. And by the way, Hutt’s was packed!
Pros: Great lockation, Godd sized pies.
Cons: Customer Service

I went here today on the recommendation of a friend who wanted to meet for a quick lunch. I had the slice and salad combo for $6.50 and got a salad & slice of pepperoni. The salad was tasty and came with a hunk of bread that was also good. Nothing earth shattering here, just good food. The pizza was tasty as well...perfectly cooked. A little greasy but excellent overall. I would absolutely come back here if looking for a quick bite and fast place to meet a friend for lunch.
Pros: Nice small room atmosphere, small down home attitude
Cons: Pizza was a little greasy, service was a tiny bit long for what we got.

I thought I had left my cloak of invisibility in the car, but I must have mistakenly worn it into the restaurant. I just wanted a light lunch, a slice, salad and a tea. It was 1:30 when I walked in so the lunch rush was over and there were only a few people in the place. The sign said to seat yourself, so I did. I was there maybe 1 to 2 minutes when another guy by himself walked in and he sat at the table right in front of mine. We continued sitting for a couple minutes when one of the employees told another that there were a couple guys seated and waiting. The fact that I couldn't make out his response makes it seem as tho it was a wisecrack. He walked over, got a menu and gave it to the other guy asking what he wanted to drink. He walked right between our tables to go get it. He came back and the guy ordered. He again walked right between our tables to go place the order. I thought now he'll service me. I was wrong. He walked over to another table to pick up the payment from another table. He made a point to go out of his way to walk by my table yet again. I waited another minute or two and at 1:41, The message was clear, he was not gonna wait on me for some unknown reason so I put my jacket back on and walked out. I'll be leaving the same review on Yelp as I'm an Elite Yelper. Also, city search charges businesses 50 cents each time someone clicks on there city search listing. This is gonna cost them a buck or two a day for however long I feel like it.
Pros: none
Cons: That it is in business

Frank & Angies is a hidden gem! Has some of the BEST Pizza that we’ve found in Austin. This small pizzeria has tasty pizza’s. I happened upon Frank & Angie’s when I was visiting the book store downtown. The kids were in the mood for pizza - I wasn’t. I was pleasantly surprised. We had pepperoni & the kids had the WORKS. It’s a little high for pizza, but the taste is much better than most. Nice memorabilia & music to add to the enjoyment. Parking can be a problem, but worth the effort.
Pros: Taste Pizza's, Nice Atmosphere.
Cons: Parking spaces are limited - can be a problem.

Server was attentive and cordial. wife and i shared a 10" pizza that was incredible. fresh basil, garlic, tomatoes, and spinach with mozz and chicken. excellent. easy on the wallet too. highly recommend you try it.
Pros: price,service, pizza

My family and I read this and since they flew in from Hawaii they wanted a casual place for dinner for their first night in Austin. We went at 5:30pm on a Thursday night and there was ample parking. The youngest started with an order of minestrone soup (better than yours mom). The taste was authentic with lots of veggies. The 17 year olds split an 18" pizza. The crust was thin and crispy with lots of pepperoni. The baby ate a 10" pepperoni by himself. My sister and I ordered the Mama Sopranos baked ziti with meatballs. Lots of flavor with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. We also shared the eggplant provolone. Delish! Both the pastas could have been split and would have served 4 easily. My other son had the DiMaggio sandwich. There was lots of salami which he liked. It could have used more vinaigrette. The surprise was that it was served on warm homemade bread. The best value for the adults was the wine. I was pleasantly surprised Coppola wine was the house wine. The DaVinci Chiant was delicious as well. We ordered two pizzas, two pastas with salads, asandwich, 5 glasses of wine, 3 sodas all for $70.00. A great value in the eyes of my Hawaiian family. We will definitely eat here again.
Pros: Price to value
Cons: I can see where parking can be a problem if you don't come early

Really liked this place. I loved the atmosphere, the service and the food was terrific. The location stinks but it's worth every annoyance. Not the cheapest place in town for pizza with toppings, but hey you get what you pay for!
Pros: All food items
Cons: location

Liked it better than top rated Mangia by far. Rudino's is still our first choice, but still a thumbs up. We will make a return trip for sure.
Pros: Cute inside, reasonable prices, tasty pizza, lots of other options
Cons: Parking, small inside

My husband and I go fairly often and usually order the same thing since we love it so much - Guido's garden salad, the Chairman of the Board pizza and all the coke we can drink. It's always good, and like to do a date night there, and have not had problems with the service (I don't have high expectations of service when we all live in a city full of college students). Parking is usually an issue though.
Pros: Pizza, Salad, and the outside seating
Cons: Parking

Frank and Angie's is an Austin institution. The food is good, consistent and very affordable. If you are on a budget and want some italian style food it's really hard to beat. Probably the best value in town. Parking can be a little tricky since it's next to Hut's hamberger place. But parking is tough all over town if you haven't noticed.
Pros: good pizza and spaghetti
Cons: parking
