Amid the bright lights, big bustle of Sixth Street, this is one place to shake your moneymaker with the kids.

The Scene
Serious groovers will find themselves entranced by this dance club, but they may be dismayed by the crowd. It's your usual Sixth Street fare: drunken collegiates and dazed Gen X out-of-towners with a little Velveeta sprinkled on top. Despite its "dress to impress" mantra, this saloon smacks more of Cancun or Panama City, especially on Thursday's "College Night" and Saturday's "Ultimate Dance Party with DJ Danny Boy," than cool Vegas or sophisticated New York.

The Draw
Located on one of the busiest blocks of Sixth Street, the Roxy has all the makings of a fun night out with a big group of friends when cutting a rug is the evening's first order of business. For revelers with no rhythm there are three levels to choose from, a pool hall and, of course, the bar.
