Friendliest Dr. and staff I've ever found

Dr. Haddad and his staff were incredible and will be my dentist for as long as I live in Austin. I came in for a cleaning and was in and out within half an hour. The staff was friendly, humurous and attentive. Billing was taken care of before I left. I had to make another appointment shortly after for an emergency issue and was seen the very next morning. I was in his office for a total of 20 minutes. Dr. Haddad attended to me with great compassion and concern for my pain. He quickly saw me and diagnosed my problem. I walked out the door with two prescriptions and feeling much better. He is very professional and his staff couldn't be nicer. I can't recommend Dr. Haddad enough.

• Pros: Very attentive, courteous, concerned, friendly, prompt service, very cool office on 10th floor.
• Cons: It can be hard to park downtown but I haven't had a problem yet.
