Mumbles on phone - TV blaring in background - answers like "uh-huh" and "unn-hunh". In my experience, completely worthless as a warranty repair contact. Just the smallest amount of effort - that's all I ask as a consumer. These people can't even pull their focus from "Judge Judy" long enough to listen to my service issues. Unless you speak "grunt" - shop around for someone who cares enough to listen and respond.
