I have gone here for dry cleaning twice. That's two times too many! The first time I had to send my clothes back to be cleaned again. The do-over came out ok. The next time I went (I only went again because they happen to be on my way to work but I will gladly drive out of my way from now on) the clothes were again not cleaned properly and one blouse now has three prominent holes in it. Beware! They won't even let you look at your clothes until you pay first because they know what a poor job they do! Then, when you point out their sloppy job... NO REFUNDS!!! The manager I spoke to was very rude and said that since I gave them permission to clean my clothes, I am responsible for the damage. WHAT???!!
