My Mom is about to pay off her car also and if she is a few days late they are hassling her where ever they have a number to. They put a cd deck in the car that didn't go with the car, and promised to fix it within two weeks when she first got the car. Then when she went to have it done they claimed to not have said it. They are cheap scapes, but GOD dnt like ugly.
Pros: My mom got a car :(
Cons: The staff represents the company as a whole.

To much money to put down, when you have problems with the car they don't help fix it.. Then if your a few days late they act as if your never on time. When your on time they don't even care.. Never will I go back or recommend someone to them.. Most of their cars have problems, they don't tell you about..

I HAVE HAD MY VECHILE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND IM FIXING TO PAY IT OFF BUT THE CLOSER I GET TO PAYING IT OFF THE WORSE THEY GET I AM NOT EVEN 3 DAYS LATE NOW AND THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO REPOSSE MY VECHILE ITS A SHAME I HAVE PAYED SO MUCH MONEY AND NOW LOOK.
Pros: GREAT SALES STAFF
Cons: HORRIBLE FINACE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to several places in and around the Austin Area. I was turned down at 4 places and one of the salesman suggested I call Frank at time Auto on N Lamar Store to get help. Not only was he able to help me to buy a car with my problem credit but he gave me access to his mechanic for as long as I own the vehicle. What a great experience.
Pros: Had lots of choices
Cons: They sell fast

I purchase a vehicle from them it broke down about four times before I made my first payment on the vehicle and guest what they did not give mt money back!
