great products, not great service

Super cute shoes, quality, fashionable clothes, SNOTTY, RUDE employees. I will never go back as the second you find something you love, then realize it's a pair of $300 flip flops, that you cant afford, they act like you're a lowly peasant shopping in their royal store. Not a fun experience.

Rising Star

Despite past experience in this particular boutique, it is always worth another try because the selection is the perfect blend b/t high fashion and independent cool. The shoes, hello! Since the implementation of new ownership and an energized staff, the store has finally not only met, but exceeded, the expectations of what an Austin run and owned business should be. With new shopping alternatives popping up every time I turn around, I have to say that this is what I wanted it to be all along... awesome with impeccable customer service. My last experience in the store left me with a positive buzz, maybe even a new friend! And an entire bag-full of goodies! Gimme gimme more!!

• Pros: Excellent customer service, perfect shopping experience for a fashionista
• Cons: It's always busy! Just try to find parking, and only two fitting rooms...

good shoes

This place has the best shoes, hands down. Just don't expect the employees to be very friendly. I have been in here several times and been completely ignored until I basically flagged someone down, asking to look at a shoe in my size.

• Pros: great quality shoes and cute clothes
• Cons: snooty employees and high prices (but it's worth it in some cases), parking stinks.

Great shoes and great shopping

This boutique is my favorite in Austin. It has the best shoe collection in the city-everything from sleek high heels to fabuous work shoes to kicky little happy flats: There is something here for every foot. The clothes are great too: from the brands you know to the ones you don't, there are wonderful pieces here that you won't find on other racks or backs. Its a good place to find that special piece-- the one that turns heads or makes you feel like a million. I am so surprised to read any negative comment here as I have always found the staff to be warm, helpful and welcoming. I am an inveterate discount shopper, but this is one place I pay full price happily.

Snotty service

I've never experienced such consistently rude service in the past three years I've lived in Austin. The clothes are great but you practially have to shoot flares to get the employees to stop talking about their personal lives and attend to you. My friend was even yelled at once when she asked where something was. It doesn't matter how great the clothes are, the witchy service is bad enough to keep me away from the place! By George has a much better selection and better service anyway.

Great clothes, wonderful service!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Not only does this store have beautiful clothing and an amazing shoe selection, but the costumer service was out of this world. I'm a graduate student and so feared that I may not fit the description of the average consumer such an elegant and stylish boutique may draw, but as soon as my sister and I entered the store we were greeted with warm smiles and lots of help (a suprise because the other boutiques we had gone to ignored us after the initial greeting). The store clerk put together countless combinations for my sister to choose from as she searched for the perfect outfit for a special occasion. She remained gracious as she continued to provide my sister with advice and encouragement (my sister does not step into high fashion too often). In the end we found the perfect thing!

On my sister's next trip to Austin, I know we'll be stopping back in to see what's new at the store.

Will not go back

I love great clothes and I like to shop at every place in Austin. But I hate to shop there again because the atmosphere is stuffy, snooty and the racks are so cramped you can't properly look or try on anything. Too bad, b/c they do carry some of the best brands in Austin. Not worth the trouble to shop here. The last time I was there I was almost ignored because the girls who work there were talking to someone.

• Cons: great attention to the clothes they have in store, poor quailty sales people

Elegant fashions and the smell of expensive leather mark this shop selling high-end shoes and clothes.

Quality but Not Customer Friendly

There's no doubt Fetish carries quality clothing and shoes provided you're a size 0-12. However, clothing racks are too tight and makes it difficult/and frustrating to look for outfits. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that the staff can be on the snooty side. I have experienced both bad and good. However, I have met the owner and think she's great.

Unique and classy!

Warehouses can have some great brands and lots of variety if you have the time and energy to look and try on. They are good for everyday running and working.......However, Fetish has quality and uniqueness right up front and it doesn't take long to find it. Sales folks are personable and helpful. A good shoe is worth the bucks! Fashionable and durable!
