My husband and I have been customers of Positive Images for many years (buying and just browsing!), and we could not disagree more with a previous negative review. The owners and staff have been unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the jewelry and other objects the store carries are unique and beautiful (and invite admiring comments from friends and strangers, which is always nice). We purchased our engagement and wedding rings here, as well as many gifts, necklaces, bracelets and earrings and have been very happy with our purchases. Whenever my (wonderful & generous) husband wishes to surprise me with a special present, he heads down to Positive Images for a chat with Janna or Deborah, and voila!

wonderful service, always helpful every time i go in, beautiful inventory, top quality rings and wonderful wedding rings! any one who doesnt like this store is crazy!! everything is hand made and beautiful i cant say enough great things about his store, Pros: great sevice, wonderful items, nice smell in the store aalways of vanilla, and the engery makes you want to go back agin and again Cons: NADA , nothing!

This is a store where the staff/managers are rude and don't stick to their word. I have bought several pieces of very expensive jewelry from them until they refused a simple exchange. I asked, when I bought the piece, if they would exchange it and refund the difference if my girlfriend didn't like the piece and chose one of different value. Apparently, they conveniently forgot the whole conversation less than 24 hours later when she came in for the exchange. The difference was only a few hundred dollars on a large purchase, but they acted affronted when I asked for the refund in price. After buying thousands of dollars of jewelry from them, I am taking my business elsewhere. I can't believe how rude they were to me after all the business I've given them!

This was our first stop on our search for an engagement ring and we had really wonderful service. They made us feel comfortable , not pressured at all, and answered all of our questions. Also, the rings they carried were unique and beautiful. Highly recommended!
Pros: Lots of parking, unique items
Cons: none!
